"We are a nation of sick, unhealthy people wasting away & mutating into sad, fat, & lethargic people, just getting fatter & sadder by the second. VERY NICE post! Love it.. Looks like an interesting book. Well, I am still losing weight and have just 10lb to go. Feeling great and looking better. I'm working out and have completely changed the way I eat. Life is good...
